Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard most often used for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We check the website and every step of online booking with accessibility testing tools, and we fix problems as we find them.
What we do
Text has strong contrast, and you can zoom the page. Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible outline showing where you are, and a "Skip to the page" link. Photos are described for screen readers, and every form field has a label. If you turn on "Reduce motion" on your device, the site stops its animations.
Known limits
Gift cards and packages are sold through a window from our studio software (Vagaro), which we don't control. The map on our Top Picks page is easiest with a mouse or touch, so every place on it is also listed below the map with a Directions link.
