What we collect
When you book: your name, email, mobile number, any note you add, and the visits you book. If you bring a guest, their name, mobile number and email.
If you sign in: your email address, and a small cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 60 days.
Booking here doesn't take a card: you pay at your visit. Gift cards, packages and memberships bought on our website are paid in Vagaro's secure window (our studio software); your card details go to Vagaro and its payment processor, never to us. When you book, you sign our liability waiver and any consent a service needs online, with your typed name and a finger signature. We keep the signed form, never any health details.
How we use it
To book and manage your visits, send your confirmation and reminders, keep your visit history, and contact you about your visit. We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising cookies on this website.
Who helps us run the site
Your details are stored with the companies that host our website and database and send our emails, and your visit times appear on the studio's own room calendars. They only use your details to provide that service to us.
Text messages
If you agree to texts when you book or sign up, we use your mobile number to send booking confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messages are sent through our texting provider, only to deliver our messages to you.
Please don't share health details here
Notes on a booking are for things like "first visit" or "prefers light pressure".
